Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, steps away from the Sensō-ji temple and close to many dining options. The onsen and sauna facilities are widely appreciated, particularly after a long day of walking, and some have enjoyed the massage chairs. The rooms are considered spacious, especially by Tokyo standards, and the tatami mats add a unique touch. A few guests have found the beds quite hard, but overall, the experience is overwhelmingly positive, with amenities like complimentary ramen in the evenings, free Yakult in the morning, and ice cream at night adding to the appeal. Some have pointed out there were no western dishes, and only traditional Japanese breakfast.

A nice stay

tatami matsmassage chair
The tatami mats throughout the hotel provided a unique cultural touch and were very comfortable. I enjoyed the complimentary onsen facilities. I went there twice daily and found it very relaxing, and there was also a massage chair available for use.
no negative aspects.

acceptable onsenstaff attitudeonsen rules
the onsen was acceptable. i guess.
the staff attitude really bothered me. i felt the onsen rules weren't clear enough, especially that no flexibility existed. it reminded me of i was walking on eggshells the whole time, not what i wanted.
